Full Job Description
The Executive Support Team Administrator will support as well as provide personal assistance to the Executive Support Team (EST) and, by extension, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). You will ensure the processes that assist the teams are delivered in a highly efficient, effective, and organised manner. You will also support in-person events such as Anchor Days and Board meetings, often outside of usual working hours with early starts and occasional late finishes.
- Day to day management of the Executive Support inbox.
- Deal with general correspondence (including email) as appropriate.
- Occasional diary management support.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations.
- Have an active role in various projects that the EST manage or support.
- Perform general clerical duties eg, photocopying, e-mailing and filing.
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other materials.
- Organising itineraries, including flights, other transport and hotel bookings for the ELT.
A degree in a text-based, information-rich subject area, single or joint Honors in History, Law, English, Classics, Philosophy, Politics, Sociology, Modern Languages or Arts related subject. - Extensive administrative or secretarial experience.
- Computer literate in MS Office package.
- Robust communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent planning and organisational ability.
- Highly developed attention to detail.
- Ability to deal with matters of a confidential or sensitive nature
