We are currently recruiting for an Executive Support Officer on a full time, permanent basis.

This role provides a comprehensive high-level, professional, and confidential administration service to the Director of Partnerships and Operations for West Yorkshire. Acting as a positive first contact for all staff, patients, public and senior stakeholders from across the wider system.

The role is predominantly home-based with the requirement to travel in the West Yorkshire area to attend meetings/events. This is expected to be approximately two or three times per month., The Executive Support Officer will provide a broad range of supporting duties including the organisation of a range of complex activities ensuring that their director is fully briefed and prepared on all matters pertaining to their respective responsibilities in order to deliver their individual objectives as part of the wider corporate agenda; as well as any responsibilities in respect of NHS relationship activities they may participate in across local, regional or national levels.

As an Executive Support officer, you will have exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills with a high degree of discretion, sensitivity and experience of working in a trusted position handling highly confidential information. Additionally, you will have the ability to develop strong working relationships both within your director[s] areas and with colleagues within the wider directorate.
