The Adult's directorate is a large and complex one supporting and empowering adults of all ages to live independent and fulfilled lives. We provide crucial social care to the residents of Calderdale, so they remain independent and resilient and have as much choice and control as possible.
The directorate is a warm and supportive place to work, in keeping with our Council vision and values, of kindness and resilience and a place where you can realise your potential.
We have a passionate and committed workforce who really enjoy working at the council and feel they can make a difference.
