Exhibitor Experience Manager

Our Exhibitions Venue Services team is looking for an Exhibitor Experience Manager. This is a new role that will be responsible for maximising and managing the commercial returns of the Exhibitor Sales team through the profitable delivery of its targets. Expert sales delivery, business development and client liaison will be key to success in this role., You will drive and monitor sales performance, including proactive campaign management and maximising sales opportunities through cross / upselling. You will work with other department heads to embed an e-commerce function and you will need to be able to work collaboratively to achieve a seamless end to end customer experience.

• Has experience and passion for working in a fast pace, high pressure, target driven sales and service environment


• Understands e-commerce and how to maximise its efficiency and commerciality


• Has sound commercial understanding with proven ability to influence and negotiate


• Is a team player with the ability to share knowledge and work collaboratively at all levels across the organisation


• Is able to challenge the status quo and is willing to embrace change
