Experienced Family Paralegal - Domestic Abuse Department

Under the supervision of a solicitor, you will,

· Dive into non-molestation & occupation orders.

· Prep legal aid applications & financial docs.

· An opportunity to progress into Advocacy.

· Ensuring the that all details within the matter are factually correct, keeping case management files up to date and ensure files are compliant.

· Document analysis. Research, review of expert reports, drafting of court documentation, attending conferences, taking notes.

• Have a proven track record in billing for Family Law cases


• Have initiative to conduct and manage cases in a timely and compliant manner


• The drive to advance family law cases to optimal outcomes


• Expertise in handling family law cases, from start to finish


• Familiarity with family procedure rules, SRA principles alongside procedures in relation to Family Law Act applications., Domestic Abuse Paralegal: 2 years (required)


• Legal Aid Client: 1 year (required)
  
  · Salary - up to £27,000 p/a


· Working Hours -9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday

· Hybrid Working - working from home offered after probation.

· Holidays - 22 days holiday a year, + Christmas closure company wide
