Birmingham Women's and Children's (BWC) NHS Foundation Trust are looking for motivated individuals to join us as an Experienced Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW).

BWC is split across 3 sites in a thriving multicultural city. An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced HCSW's working in an acute health care setting, wanting to expand their health care career within a specialised trust delivering care to Women, children, and young people. We have vacancies within a number of clinical areas such as surgical and medical wards, day surgery, paediatrics, and theatres.

Working in a clinical role; you will undertake a trust training program whilst working alongside a multidisciplinary team. HCSW's play a vital role in caring for patients; working under the direction of healthcare professionals they take care of the day-to-day needs of patients, providing help with personal care, meals, mobility, housekeeping duties and performing patient observations.
