Full Job Description

  • Admin - supporting all departments with general administrative tasks (typing, scanning, filing)

  • Reception - responding to personal visits, telephone and email enquiries.

  • Visitors - liaising with contractors and managing property keys.

  • Diaries - -managing diaries and office calendars for meeting rooms and pool car bookings.

  • Assisting with accounts - scanning and uploading invoices.

  • Post - franking mail.

    An exciting opportunity has arisen at Graves Son & Pilcher LLP. We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our busy Admin Team. The successful candidate will be flexible, numerate, enthusiastic, and interpersonal - joining an efficient and effective workforce who place a strong emphasis on providing outstanding service., Prior administrative experience, working as part of a team delivering high levels of service.

  • The ability to communicate professionally and confidently via email and telephone.

  • Excellent written, numerical, IT, typing and communications skills.

  • Xero accounting package - would be advantageous, although training will be provided.

  • The ability to work on their own initiative and to deadlines

  • Attention to detail.

  • A positive, flexible and proactive attitude and enjoy being part of a team.

  • Experience with the property management sector would be an advantage.


  • These are the key responsibilities of the role. There will be other general duties associated with the position.

    To be eligible, a candidate must be legally able to work in the UK.,
  • GCSE or equivalent (required)


  • Experience:
  • Administrative experience: 3 years (required)


  • Language:
  • English (preferred)

    Hours: Part-time - 25 hours per week (9.30am - 2.30pm, Monday - Friday)
