Experienced Staff Nurse - Emergency Department

We are excited to announce there is an opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our OUTSTANDING Emergency Department in the heart of East London., Main duties include:
+ The post holder will practice within a team of nursing staff, and have responsibility for a group of patients, assessing, prioritising, planning, implementing and evaluating their care needs.
+ You will deliver a high standard of individualised nursing care based on current sound research/evidence, you will not require direct supervision, and at times will co-ordinate an area, while teaching and supervising junior qualified and unqualified staff.
+ You will join a forward thinking multi-disciplinary team dedicated to delivering high standards of care in a diverse community. We are looking for Experienced Registered Nurses who have completed their preceptorship. Experience in A&E is desirable but not essential. Our nurses should be enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated nurses who possess excellent communication skills and enjoy a challenge.
You will be supported by a dedicated team of practice development nurses, senior nurses and a strong education ethos. We will deliver a key career pathway and emergency nursing specialty training in order to give you grounding in your career. We offer fast tracking on to an A&E course dependent on experience.
