Experienced Waitress / Waiter

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team . The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

## Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating
- Present menus and provide detailed information when requested
- Take customer orders accurately and relay to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them regularly
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Handle payments and operate the POS system efficiently

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and hospitality practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Willingness to assist in the kitchen when required
