We are looking for a self- motivated, caring and compassionate Team Leader at our intensive supported living premises in Stafford which is home to adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues. • Being a positive and motivational role model for our Support Workers
• Interviewing and training new employees to a high standard
• Identifying opportunities for further staff training and development through the use of observation and supervisions
• Producing and implementing quality staff rotas
• Communicating company information and updates to the relevant parties
• Ensuring all reports are completed for regulatory bodies, including CQC/HSE
• Reporting all safeguarding concerns to the local authorities safeguarding board and CQC if relevant
• Maintaining and quality checking records to ensure care plans and risk assessments are kept up to date
• Ensuring the dignity, respect, safety and well-being of all people we support is maintained to protect them from all forms of abuse in conjunction with the Company's Policy and Procedures/ Care Standards guidelines
  
  Requirements: Full UK Driving License and NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards), experience in a senior position and understanding of the challenges of taking over a new service is essential to be considered for this role.
