Full Job Description

This role involves collaborating with central Brand Engagement leads to understand regional needs for commercial events, creating comprehensive briefs that include timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Responsibilities include presenting briefs to the Project Management team, providing feedback during creative stages, and ensuring guidelines are executed to luxury standards across regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with central Brand Engagement leads to understand regional requirements for commercial events/experiences to support key calendar moments


  • Ensure that comprehensive briefs are completed to reflect all of these regional needs, including clear timelines, budgets and deliverables


  • Ensure that briefing documents are submitted on time, in line with established ways of working


  • Present all briefs to Project Management team in order to clarify and sense-check all details and requirements


  • Kick off briefs with assigned creative and production leads ensuring that all business objectives and key deadlines are fully understood by each team


  • Work alongside Project Managers to ensure that all deliverables stay on track, identifying and rectifying any delays or setbacks along the way


  • Provide feedback during creative ideation stages to ensure that formats being delivered will answer the brief and are operationally feasible


  • Share final guidelines with all regional Brand Engagement and Marketing teams, answering any questions that they may have to ensure full understanding and alignment


  • Follow up with regional teams to ensure that all elements of the guidelines (catering, collateral, furniture, uniforms etc.) are being executed to the required luxury standard


  • Communicate formats to other relevant areas of the business such as central VM, H&S and Brand Marketing teams if necessary


  • Attend weekly calls with key business stakeholders to provide status updates on all current and upcoming projects


  • Attend bi-weekly calls with each region as the lead authority on all commercial events/experiences


  • Promote best practice event management across all functions - provide strategic and operational advice where appropriate


  • Assist with the coaching and mentoring of junior team members, delegating tasks where appropriate and offering developmental feedback


  • Support the wider team on larger brand image events where necessary (runway shows, internal events etc.)


  • Ensure that any admin tasks (e.g. raising POs, setting up new vendors, submitting expenses) are carried out in a timely manner

  • Initiate briefings with the designated creative and production leads to ensure that each team fully comprehends the business objectives and critical deadlines.


  • Share formats with other relevant business areas, such as central VM, H&S, and Brand Marketing teams, as needed.

    Commercially astute with a strong understanding of Brand acquisition and retention strategies


  • A proven track record of luxury event management and a deep knowledge of industry best practice


  • An appreciation of retail operations and store logistics - previous in-store retail experience would be advantageous


  • The ability to manage a number of different projects simultaneously, prioritising your workload depending on importance and deadlines


  • Organised and self-motivated with an exquisite attention to detail


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to address all levels of the business, including the Senior Leadership Team where appropriate


  • Proficient with IT tools and systems including Outlook, Keynote, Asana, Ariba, Concur and Microsoft Teams
