Full Job Description
- Acknowledge and process Nutrilabs orders from start to finish, ensuring all orders are handled in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update all relevant databases and records to ensure smooth order processing.
- Liaise with customers to confirm order details, address special requirements, and provide updates on order progress.
- Ensure all labels are created promptly and progress chase where needed, keeping the dispatch team updated on any changes.
- Prepare documentation for label updates, ensuring all relevant parties (e.g., marketing, QC, and technical) are involved in the approval process.
- Produce export documentation for products, including those with special requirements like animal by-products.
- Arrange transport for all Nutrilabs orders and coordinate delivery schedules with customers, ensuring all booking procedures are followed.
- Handle customer order and invoice queries, ensuring a swift and professional.
- Provide assistance on specific projects as required, supporting the wider business in achieving its goals.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Export Order Administrator to join our innovative Nutrilabs and NAF International Export Department. You will play a crucial role in the smooth processing of export orders, label coordination, and business support activities, ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate service. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment where attention to detail and communication skills are paramount., - Good experience in handling sales orders and producing export documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good working knowledge of Sage
- High level of accuracy and proof-reading skills.
- German language skills are highly desirable, but not essential.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams
