External Reporting & Compliance Manager

In this role, you will lead compliance and best practices in external reporting, accounting standards, and governance across the Group. You will have exposure to Executive Management, including interaction with the CFO, CEO, and Board level. This is a rewarding opportunity with the potential to join the Senior Management team within 2-5 years. You will manage the statutory reporting process, the relationship with the external auditor, and contribute to the design and execution of the tendering for audit services. Additionally, you will coordinate improvements in ESG, Climate, and Sustainability reporting and disclosures.

Join UK Power Networks, a leading electricity distribution company in Great Britain, as an External Reporting & Compliance Manager. You will report to the Financial Controller and work within the Finance directorate based in our London or Crawley office. This role offers a competitive salary package of C. £120k, including car cash allowance, medical insurance, and a 10% bonus. After a probationary period of 6 months, you can enjoy blended working with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
