Extra Care Services Manager

We are recruiting for an Extra Care Services Manager to join our Extra Care team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing one of our extra schemes in the Hailsham area and will facilitate and enable older people in retirement housing to live as independently as possible. On a day-to-day basis, providing continuity for residents and colleagues in delivering excellent scheme-based services including : Enhanced Housing Management service (EHM) advising on income maximisation, promoting independence and tenancy sustainment Tenancy management low level rent arrears, antisocial behaviour and letting empty properties Facilities management management of communal areas, health & safety, and compliance Partnership working developing relationships with the on-site care and catering teams as well as external agencies such as the local authority and adult social care

• Have experience working with older or vulnerable people
• Be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
• Be organised and able to prioritise when dealing with conflicting demands
• Have good IT skills, including use of MS office
• Demonstrate behaviours in line with our organisational values
• Be a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Hold a full UK driving license and your own vehicle
