Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week.

Rotherham Extra Care Housing is part of Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council and aims to support its tenants to live independently as possible in a community setting 24/7.

It supports people over 55 to live independently within their own home in one of our 3 schemes across the Rotherham borough. The tenants we support have different levels of housing, care, and support needs.

We are looking to recruit an enabler, 37 hours per week. You will be provided with a uniform and potentially work across all 3 schemes which are based in Swinton Herringthorpe and Stag area. The service operates from 7am until 10pm 7 days a week 365 days a year to include bank holidays and weekends, working on a rota basis.

The successful applicant will be joining a supportive and motivated team who value learning and development working closely in partnership with Together Housing. A full induction and training are provided as well as regular supervision and team meetings.
