Full Job Description

To coordinate, plan and manage all extra works raised on the account, in conjunction with the Helpdesk Administrator and the Engineering Supervisor, to SLA.

To be a primary point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers.

To monitor and update progress on operational trackers.

This is a customer facing role that requires exceptional customer service and can work at a fast pace. Results orientated individual who understands BGIS platforms and has experience in the following,

  • Creating quotes on Astea to client

  • Processing any Po's from client

  • Raising PR's and ordering spares or subcontractors

  • Booking in engineers for any OOH works

  • Making sure job is complete and finished to client satisfaction

  • Liaising with client to provide updates/requesting approvals Cover helpdesk for holiday/sickness



  • Has good knowledge of CAFM systems and SLA's.

  • Can use Astea and raise purchase orders.

  • Understands building management.

  • A good communicator. Can work autonomously and use initiative.

    (Essential) - Astea platform

    (Desirable) - Concept CAFM

    Aptitudes: Can work autonomously and use initiative

    Character: Polite with great customer service
