Full Job Description

  • Carry out planned tool and colour changes

  • Fault finding on machinery, making process adjustments and continuous improvements throughout the process

  • Ensure optimum processes are established and maintained.

  • Following company procedures, whilst supporting the shift team

  • Ensuring products meet with set quality standards

  • Report any machine or quality faults as soon as possible to management.

  • Ensure that the work area is kept clean and tidy throughout the shift.

  • To carry out all other production activities as efficiently as possible, adhering to the highest quality ISO and health & safety standards.

    An excellent team player with effective interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships with others.

  • Honest, reliable and accountable.

  • Hard-working with a positive 'can do' attitude.

  • Conscientious with a sharp eye for detail and a pride for delivering excellence consistently.

    • Training within the plastics industry in a similar role is desirable, although not essential as training will be provided.

    Due to continued expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for full time Extrusion Blow Moulding Technicians to work a 24-hour weekend shift comprising of 2 x 12-hour shifts on a rotation of days and nights.

    (Remuneration in line with working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday), This is an exciting time to be joining an expanding, privately owned company with ambition and vision to succeed.
