Full Job Description
We are committed to equality of opportunity for all our staff. We particularly welcome applicants from ethnic minority backgrounds as they are currently under-represented on our staff body. We recognise the vital contribution that members of a diverse team make to our pupils learning. The range of cultural experiences, differing viewpoints and role models this brings is essential in our Trust and we recognise the gap that would be left in our offering without these.
- Be a brilliant teacher able to motivate and inspire children
- Have a strong commitment to raising standards
- Have high expectations of all children for learning and behaviour
- Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team
- Be able to manage time effectively and balance different priorities
- Value the partnership between school, parents and the wider community
- Ideally you will have recent successful experience of teaching in the EYFS but this is not essential.
Langley Park Primary School (LPPS) opened in September 2016. The school has a caring and supportive ethos and is part of Impact Multi Academy Trust, a family of seven primary and secondary schools, all based in the London Borough of Bromley. We hold 7 core values at the heart of all that we do. These are:; respect, passion, empathy, perseverance, reflection and wonder. We work to inspire our children to be the best that they can be through role modelling each and every member of the school community as a learner. With a supportive and hardworking team, we are excited about welcoming you to what is already a special place to work. We are looking to appoint a strong teacher who is enthusiastic, highly motivated and hard-working ideally on a three- or four-day basis likely until Dec 2025; and who has the desire and passion to make a real difference to the lives and life-chances of our children.
