The Alderton Infant School and Nursery - Learning Support Assistant (Part Time - 11.15am -1.15pm, Monday to Friday)

The Alderton Infant School is excited to be opening a nursery provision in September 2024. We are looking to create a dynamic Early Years team to run alongside our existing school team.

The headteacher and Governing Body are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Learning Support Assistant (Level 2/3) to work in our new nursery. The post will suit an experienced individual with preferably an Early Years background. The ideal candidate will be working closely with a Class Teacher and Early Years Practitioner in our new setting., Be an inspiring individual with a some knowledge of child development, particularly EYFS
- Support and understand the development of preschool children
- Be passionate about providing creative and enriching learning opportunities

- Be hardworking, proactive and able to reflect the good practise of our current school community
- Build strong relationships with the whole school community
- Have excellent organisational skills and a desire to ensure children are safe and happy

The Alderton Infant School is a successful and friendly school situated in Loughton, Essex. We are a member of the Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust which was formed in 2018 and work collaboratively with the other schools in our academy. We are part of The Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust of fifteen Primary and one Special School all based in the Epping Forest District.
