Full time - 1.0 FTE - Permanent position. Required for January 2025

We have an exciting vacancy for an EYFS Phase Leader where the successful candidate will lead our fulltime Nursery and Reception classes to secure great outcomes for our pupils.

As EYFS Phase Leader you will develop and manage the effective delivery of an engaging and purposeful curriculum, which enables the highest level of pupil progress and attainment.

To support this position and to secure excellent outcomes for pupils, we can offer ongoing professional development and the opportunity to work collaboratively with experienced professionals both within school and across the Whitley Excellence Cluster.

have a proven track record with raising standards and expectations in EYFS
- be an experienced Early Years practitioner with the drive and zeal to make our Early Years truly shine
- be able to lead the professional development of the Early Years teachers and support staff to promote strong teaching and learning and a positive school culture
- be able to communicate and work effectively to lead a phase as well as understand the current needs of children
- will be responsible for the day-to-day management and organisation of EYFS
- consistently demonstrate high expectations of pupils' behaviour and of their academic achievement
- be self-motivated, creative and empathetic
- be committed to and enthusiastic about working within a team of professionals who are dedicated to nurturing and developing the whole child
- be committed to the inclusion of all children and their families
