Are you a great Early Years Leader, with a track record of improvement across the EYFS setting? We are looking to appoint an inspirational and highly effective Trust Early Years lead to share their expertise, experience and passion to lead on the development of highly effective provision and practice across our Trust.

Cygnus was formed in 2016 with our mission to be the Trust that makes the biggest difference both inside and outside the classroom by 'Realising Ambition for Children and Young People.'
You will be a critical member of the Trust's Education Team, working alongside school leaders and our early years colleagues to ensure the highest possible provision is in place to enable out children to 'thrive by five.'
As part of this, your time will be spent researching the latest pedagogical thinking and supporting schools through coaching and mentoring to implement new initiatives based on individual school requirements.
This role will report directly to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for leading, developing and managing the strategic vision for EYFS across the Trust.
