We're searching for a energetic and friendly FB Assistant to join our team. You'll be dynamic, engaging and have a natural flair for interacting with our guests and dellivering excellent customer service.

As FB Assistant, you'll play a key role in our restaurant services and build great relationships with our customers. Respsonsibilites will include, iinteraction with guests, breakfast buffet, service at the bar, table service, ensuring cleanliness of bar, and restaurant area

As well as having previous experience in a similar role would be desirable, you'll have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional service, with a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You'll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you'll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.

Holiday Inn Express London - Heathrow T5 is ideally located close to the M4, M25 and M40 - providing easy access from all directions.
