When you join us as part of the Food and Beverage team you will be working across multiple outlets. One day you could be working in our restaurant - The Carters Restaurant and Champagne Bar or Fredrick's Piano Bar and Lounge. Another day you could be working in our newest outlet The Champagne Terrace and Gin Garden or you maybe delivering first class service at one of our spectacular Wedding Breakfast ensuring our Bride and Groom has the very best day. Every day you are working for us will be different giving you the opportunity to gain experience across many areas.

Whichever of our beautiful venue's food outlets you work in, you will be delivering a unique dining experience by tailoring each guest's experience to their own unique tastes, creating fantastic memories as the dishes and drinks you serve.

• First and foremost you will have a bubbly personality. A passion to deliver excellent customer service with your own unique flare and a 'can-do attitude'.


• Experience in a similar role would be great but not a necessity, as full training will be given.


• Ability to remain calm and work under pressure.


• High standards of cleanliness with a smart professional appearance.


• Organised, flexible & adaptable to working in different areas.
