Full Job Description

Within both roles you will be responsible for following all due diligences, procedures and tasks; responsible for making sure the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times; preparing food to a very high standard; menu planning and placing orders for menu items, liaising with the Front of House Co-ordinators to ensure the Edwardian Tea Rooms and the Signal Box Cafe's are safe, successful and run like clockwork!., In advance of the interviews, you will receive a copy of the interview questions to prepare, and you will have an opportunity to express any reasonable adjustments you might need.

Experience within a similar environment
Food Safety Level 2 and Food Allergen trained
Experience of menu planning
Previous knowledge of banking, stock taking etc
Organised and a great eye for detail
Experience of using EPOS / IT systems within a kitchen environment

You'll also be friendly and keen to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into whatever tasks you are set, no matter what the day holds.

Please note the site named is likely to be your most regular place of work, however you may be required to work at other BMT sites from time to time as the business requires.

These are permanent roles working 5 days out of 7 (includes weekends and bank holidays).
