F&B Executive

We are looking for an F&B Executive who will be responsible for F&B reservations and sales functions, while supporting with other administrative tasks within the F&B department. The ideal candidate will provide a high-quality service standard and high accuracy for all individual and group reservations ensuring relevant platforms and systems are up to date. You will have a proactive approach to upselling to drive total revenue within PDR spaces and F&B reservations and will ensure follow up activities are actioned in timely manner to build relationships and drive bookings. You will be responsible for ensuring special requests are communicated to relevant departments in timely manner and the relationships you build with the regular guests will ensure a warm welcome and the communication of preferences/quirks.

• Excellent communication skills plus reading and writing in English.
• Knowledge of F&B Reservations systems (Seven Room and OpenTable)
• Knowledge of Micros and Microsoft packages
• Knowledge of Opera CRM, Access Collins
