Full Job Description

A day in the life of our F&B Operations Manager of Food & Beverage needs heaps of energy, and consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Working with an amazing team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of all elements of the F&B Operation within the hotel, including breakfast service, bar and lounge service, a la carte lunch, dinner and F&B retail outlets (Costa and Waffle shop). You will have ultimate responsibility for recruitment, training and development of the team and will have accountability for engagement in your department. You will be working to budgets and will be expected to plan and forecast future sales and revenue, while keeping your eye on future trends and opportunities.

The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience as a either F&B, Restaurant leadership level. Have proven experience of how to motivate and lead a team of at least 15 colleagues and drive their engagement within the business. It is also essential that the candidate can demonstrate an understanding of managing liqueur controls to consistently meet the company target.
