Full Job Description

Support Site Team: Provide non-technical support to the site team and daywork team, primarily handling daily reactive help desk tasks.

-Routine Maintenance: Perform routine fabric maintenance to meet and exceed service level agreements.

-Reactive Tasks: Address and complete all reactive tasks logged to meet and exceed expectations.

-DIY Tasks: Undertake painting, decorating, and a range of DIY tasks to maintain an attractive environment.

-Engineering Support: Assist the engineering team with planned and reactive engineering activities.

-Documentation: Complete all relevant paperwork for PPM, reactive, and breakdown works promptly.

-Safety Compliance: Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks to ensure safe working practices.

-Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive maintenance records where applicable.

-Lone Working: Undertake lone working when required, subject to satisfactory training.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance.

-Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

-Communication: Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients.

-Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

-Attention to Detail: Ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
