Full Job Description

Responsible for all fabric related work throughout the Synnovis Account, located on Blackfriars Bridge Road, London. Tasks including Joinery, painting, and repairing/ making good of building and equipment. Maintain high quality standard and always drive best practice and presentation. Support the Integral hard and soft services tea as required, with moves and changes of services and equipment as required.
The candidate will have responsibility for the operational performance/ compliance and H&S within the scope of role. Responsible for role specific specialist sub-contractors and to maintain high quality service delivery.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
+ Carry out various joinery and building fabric tasks as instructed.
+ Self-identify improvements that will enhance customer experience.
+ PPM completions within SLAs
+ Carpet Tiles, Fixtures and fixings, Internal / External doors, inc, Fire doors
+ Support to FM teams with ad hoc requests including general repairs, contractor escorting, plumbing, L8 required
+ PPMs, small scale moves, furniture installation.
+ Any other relevant fabric building tasks as reasonably requested.
Personal Specification & Experience

+ Time served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in a Carpentry and joinery.
+ Excellent interpersonal skill and attention to detail.
+ Experience and competence in relevant Health & Safety requirements
+ Proven knowledge and understanding of building fabric/construction and have experience of working within, Corporate, Commercial & Healthcare environments
Desirable Qualifications
+ CSCS Card
+ IPAF/PASMA
+ City & Guild or NVQ in carpentry
+ L8 Legionella competent person
+ IOSH working safely
+ COSHH awareness/ training

+ Must be able to work on your own initiative as well as within a team.
