Fabric Maintenance Engineer

+ Carry out fault finding, leak investigations, tap replacements/repairs, TMV maintenance, toilet/urinal defects & blockages.
+ Complete training as required by the business.
+ Effective time management via PDA/workflow software.
+ Maintain the operation of facilities for customers, retail staff and management.
+ Complete PPM`s.
+ Attend reactive issues and diagnose method to rectify.
