We are seeking individuals with an Engineering background, whether practical or academic, who are ready to embrace a new challenge in our state-of-the-art Engineering Department.
The role involves delivering a high-quality teaching and learning experience to engineering students. As a lecturer, you will collaborate with Lead Practitioners to ensure outstanding teaching by integrating new technologies into study programs. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals who are qualified and knowledgeable in their subject area.
The successful applicant will be qualified to L3 as a minimum in Fabrication & Welding. GCSEs in both Maths & English are essential, and candidates must be IT literate. A teaching qualification is not essential, there is opportunity for DN Colleges to enrol the successful candidate onto their teaching course and be supported through this time by our LETs Teach programme - so if you're an experienced Fabricator / Welder looking to give back to the community, this position could be for you.
