Essential:
• Self-motivated and confident in remote working or face to face environment
• Post Graduate Diploma Level 4 in Counselling
• Accredited Member, of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
• Accredited Professional Registrant of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
• Extensive counselling experience
• Telephone counselling experience
• Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling (Solution Focussed)
• Basic IT skills
• Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required
• An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
Desirable:
• Experience of EAP services
• Knowledge of the Stepped Care Model
• Experience of Risk Management
• Experience in the use of Assessment tools PHQ9 and GAD7, Disability Confident
