Facilitator - WAVES

Suffolk Mind's mission is to make Suffolk the best place in the world for talking about and taking care of mental health, and to assist with this we are looking to recruit a Facilitator - WAVES., You will need to facilitate group sessions, provide one to ones and be a positive face across the service.

• 18.5 hours per week
• £13,400 per annum (£26,800 full time equivalent)
• Ipswich (with occasional travel to Felixstowe)
• Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Thursdays 9.30 am to 1.12 pm (hybrid working option)
  
  Experience of working with people with personality disorders
• The ability to manage your own administration and to be able to use a computer, particularly word processing packages, and to maintain effective administrative systems
• The ability to communicate clearly with a range of people both over the telephone and in person, sometimes over sensitive and/or complex issues
• A commitment to service user involvement and empowerment
