Facilities Administrator

Assist the Facilities Managers in accumulating and preparing documents for supplier & tender processes.

• Manage service provisions to clients and tenants.


• Setting up contractors on our Contract Management System, ensuring they meet required specifications.


• Working in a small team you'll be experienced in dealing with multiple tasks and systems.


• Ensure safe working practices across our spaces through Health & Safety standards.


• To ensure that the Group's Health and Safety Policy is adhered to in respect of the Company's responsibilities.


• To attend relevant seminars, courses and workshops as requested.


Working in this role, you will receive full training and will also get lots of support whilst you learn the ropes and settle in.


• Previous office administration experience, Excellent communication skills


• An understanding of Health and Safety


• Excellent IT skills, including all of Microsoft Packages and a high level of computer literacy with practical knowledge and application of all Microsoft Office applications


• High Attention to detail


• Able to organize and prioritise workload and on own initiative., Educated to GCSE grades A-C in English and Maths.
