Full Job Description

As a key member of the facilities team, you will be the first point of contact for all colleagues and external visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe, effective and welcoming experience.

In this role, you'll manage a variety of tasks including reception duties, booking taxi's, ordering supplier, and handling catering requests. You'll also be responsible for post and deliveries, site access badges and the effective use of the Envoy platform. Your support will extend to general administration tasks such as invoicing, raising purchase orders and financial reconciliations.

If you are well organised, have experience of using Microsoft systems, with a background in office or retail environments, we want to hear from you. This part time role offers a schedule of 12noon till 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, totalling 27.5 hours per week. There may also be times where you'll be needed to provide cover for facilities colleagues during holidays, sickness, and training. You'll be based at our support office in Nottingham.

Up to £19,800 (depending on experience) + Bonus & Benefits
