Full Job Description

The Facilities & Asset Management Team are a small team responsible for the maintenance, safety and security of Wyre Forest District Council's buildings on a rota basis.

Based at Wyre Forest House the post holder will work to ensure the buildings under the team's control run efficiently and effectively to the benefit of all users. The criteria is as follows:

  • Smart, presentable appearance
  • Good communicator
  • Be able to show a diplomatic and courteous manner
  • Have a general H & S awareness
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Must have a full UK Driving Licence
  • You may be required to provide a suitable vehicle in connection with the duties of this post.
