Full Job Description
We are seeking a Premises Assistant to join to help us ensure that the school sites are clean, secure and safe for all users.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the general care, maintenance and servicing of academy buildings and grounds
Working within current health and safety legislation
Providing a customer-facing / positive service
Helping to maintain a clean, safe, hygienic and secure site
You will have
Practical skills in maintenance and cleaning: DIY, painting & decorating, general garden maintenance etc
Experience of maintaining health & safety in a workplace
A good working knowledge of Microsoft office
Full clean driving licence with access to own transport
The ability to work as part of our team and independently, Disability Confident

Actual starting salary: £23,151 per annum
Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments, The role is based at Robsack Wood Primary Academy, but travel to other Academies in Hastings and St Leonards will also be required.
