We offer a wide range of career opportunities at every level of the organisation. From apprenticeships to senior management, permanent to fixed term contracts or part-time working, we have something for everyone.

The Facilities Team operates across three high prestige buildings in Leamington Spa town centre: The Royal Spa Centre, The Royal Pump Rooms and Leamington Spa Town Hall. We cover a wide range of duties that include fact to face customer service, seating and format changes for shows and events, setting up AV equipment for council meetings and post-event and pre-event cleaning. We regularly deal with a broad spectrum of customers including the general public, councillors, contractors, artists and visiting companies.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. They must be able to offer a good degree of flexibility in terms of availability as there are occasionally unsociable hours associated with the work. The work can also be physically demanding so a degree of fitness is also essential. We are looking for someone with a good can-do attitude who can problem solve and remain calm when under stress.

To assist with the day-to-day operation of the Royal Spa Centre, Royal Pump Rooms and Town Hall, ensuring that they are always safe, clean, and customer focused.

To carry out the duties of a porter, helping to move equipment and furniture, assist with auditorium format changes, room set ups and prepare event requirements, including AV and recording equipment. To ensure that deliveries and mail to the buildings are accepted, recorded and that the relevant individual receives it.

To maintain excellent relationships with our customers. To be the initial point of contact and welcome the public, visiting companies, tenants, Councillors, WDC staff and contractors into our buildings. To ensure that they are signed-in, briefed with relevant health and safety / housekeeping information, provided with their requirements and monitored. To deal with enquiries and ensure that positive relationships are maintained, always providing the highest standard of customer care.
