Full Job Description

TWA, Trafford, Withington and Altrincham hospitals are a division of Manchester Foundation Trust and the Facilities staff employed provide an integral service to the smooth running of the Division.We are now looking for staff to work at our Withington Division on the hospital site and occasionally at Buccleuch Lodge Intermediate Care Unit and Dermot Murphy Centre to help us to continue to deliver excellent support services.

As a Facilities Assistant you will deliver a full and comprehensive cleaning and portering service to the clinics within the main Withington site as well as our intermediate in-patient care Facilities at Buccleuch Lodge and Dermott Murphy where we also provide a meal service. The role will also involve providing catering services at the hospital café, Dermot Murphy and Buccleuch Lodge when required.

As we are a hospital facility the successful candidates may also be expected to work on bank holidays and weekends.

· Provision of cleaning services within a Hospital/Healthcare environment whilst working closely with Ward/Department staff to ensure a high-quality service provision.

· To provide facilities services such as catering, linen, and portering to ensure the seamless delivery of facilities services.
