Full Job Description

The Facilities Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all facility-related services at Kwalee. You will work closely with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to maintain high standards of workplace safety, cleanliness, and functionality. Together, you will create an environment that is cost-effective, productive, and conducive to our team's success. This is a permanent role based in our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation. If you're not already based locally, we'll support your move with comprehensive relocation assistance ensuring a smooth transition. \n,

  • Oversee facility operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and security, ensuring high-quality service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including regular safety inspections.
  • Manage vendor relationships and track expenses to maintain cost-effective services.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to minimise business disruption.
  • Implement and support sustainability initiatives, such as energy-saving programs and waste reduction.
  • Manage office administration, including food and beverage supplies, event coordination, and supporting day-to-day office needs.

    As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Facilities Assistant Manager to join our team., Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully managing facilities and operations.
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience in vendor management and exposure to both soft services and technical aspects of facilities.
  • Demonstrated experience with health and safety compliance, including conducting inspections and implementing safety measures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle emergency preparedness and implement effective solutions
