Full Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Facilities Assistant/Pool Technician to provide support to the Facilities Manager.

This is a "hands-on" role and duties will include routine repairs and maintenance of the building fabric, general DIY and estate duties, seasonal gardening services and general support to the Maintenance Team as well as some maintenance of the swimming pool. Applicants must have good DIY skills, initiative and practicality, a positive approach to teamwork, good written and verbal communication skills and physical fitness, as some lifting and porterage is required.

A full, clean driver's licence is required and if currently without full D1 minibus entitlement, a willingness to undertake the necessary training is expected. This is a part-time post. The usual hours of work will be 8am to 6pm on a Monday and a Tuesday and 7.30am to 2.30pm on a Wednesday.
