Full Job Description

We're Moto. We are the future of motorway rest stops. Maintenance and Facilities Support Centre Team at Moto provides front line end user support for 55 Motorway Services throughout the UK. The Compliance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that the business operates within the legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to its industry. This position involves developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting audits, coordinating inspections, delivering training, and ensuring continuous improvement in compliance practices. The Compliance Coordinator must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of adapting to changing regulations.,

  • Monitor, interpret and communicate changes in regulations and standards relevant to facilities maintenance PMV contracts

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to statutory requirements

  • Conduct regular third-party reviews, site audits and equipment assessments to verify compliance with local, regional, and national regulations

  • Sewage treatment plants

  • Prepare units for inspections, ensuring all necessary documentation is readily available

  • Inspect equipment, address, and rectify any compliance issues identified during inspections

  • Audit internal PMV, address non completion, non-compliance

  • Prepare regular reports summarising compliance status, areas for improvement, and corrective actions taken

  • Develop and deliver training on facilities compliance related matters

  • Identify potential risks related to facilities compliance, develop, and implement strategies for risk mitigation

  • Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to enhance overall compliance efficiency and cost saving efficiencies

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of compliance requirements across the business

    Proven experience in facilities compliance management

  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Industry recognised H&S qualification
