Full Job Description

  • Provide proactive and efficient administrative support to the Facilities & Maintenance teams, with a focus on tracking and recording sustainable practices.


  • Maintain accurate inspection and audit records for all facilities.


  • Raise purchase orders for goods and services.


  • Assist in monitoring contractor performance against established service levels.


  • Compile and manage an approved contractors list, ensuring all compliance requirements are met before work commences on-site.


  • Organize and maintain building safety files, manuals, and training records.


  • Schedule and coordinate required training sessions.


  • Support the maintenance and updating of the COSHH register, auditing chemical storage as necessary.


  • Champion new working methods and continuous improvement initiatives within the Facilities/Maintenance department.


  • Perform additional duties as directed by the line manager, commensurate with the role.



  • Proven experience in Facilities or Maintenance administration.


  • A creative problem-solver who brings innovative ideas to the table.


  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities effectively.


  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong commitment to sustainability.


  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
