Join our team at Yeovil College as an Estates and Facilities Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and success. If you're a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this exciting and varied role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing schedules, coordinating internal and external meetings, and ensuring seamless communication across all levels. From diary management to travel arrangements, you will ensure everything runs smoothly, supporting our management team with impeccable attention to detail. As the first point of contact for coordinating contractor visits, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance with our contractor Code of Conduct and safeguarding procedures. You will also support exciting projects and utilise cutting-edge Facilities Management systems to streamline operations.   • Excellent computer skills and the ability to prioritise changing workload.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and engage with the team.
  • Level 2 English or Maths [or equivalent] or willingness to achieve.
  • Effective organisation skills with a systematic approach to problem solving.
  • Flexible to cover the office from 7.30am to 5.30pm on a rotational basis.
