Full Job Description
We are looking for a Fleet and Facilities Manager! You'll ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our office, operational buildings and fleet vehicles, with oversight of essential soft services (such as reception and front of house operations, building security, mail, document archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling). You'll support, review and test our business continuity planning arrangements; ensuring we can respond effectively in the event of a disaster.
- Significant experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety issues relating to facilities and fleet management
- Experience of procurement and contract management
- IWFM Level 4 qualification or willingness to achieve on appointment
