Full Job Description

We will provide a van fully kitted out with all the tools you need, plus you get to choose the workwear that you want. As a Facilities Maintenance Operative at CCP, you will play a vital role in maintaining buildings that provide supported accommodation to Young People (16-25) in Gloucestershire. This is a Full-time role, 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday 09:00 - 17:00). What You'll Do

  • Utilise your hands-on maintenance/DIY skills to handle emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, painting, and decorating.
  • Maintaining outside spaces/grounds and gardens, such as mowing, strimming and hedge trimming.
  • Contribute to creating safe, secure, and homely environments for those who may otherwise be homeless.
  • Manage your time well ensuring all work is completed in the time allocated., ^^Contracted staff only. Business mileage (45p a mile) is paid for any daily miles over and above the distance from your home to
  • the allocated workplace location and back. You'll need a well-maintained vehicle with valid tax, MOT and Insurance covering business use.
