Facilities Management Apprentice

Each day will be different and varied, some days you may be working on space management projects, looking at how we can improve our facilities for staff and service users. Other days you may be producing ID passes, scheduling repair requests for our out-sourced contractors and suppliers or assisting with inspections for safety compliance.

Aligning to the Apprenticeship Standards, the role will be different and varied.

• Project work - Facility maintenance


• Contractors - management of contracted projects and maintenance


• Health & Safety Compliance


• Problem-solving for our internal customers


All of the above will be supported by training via the apprenticeship program, external training and mentoring.
