Full Job Description
- Support the team to make sure that our non-trading estate is as compliant as possible
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of compliance across the non-trading estate
- Create reports and provide insights to the wider team
- Manage remedial quotations for work that comes from compliance reports across the estate
- Instruct compliance certification and make sure remedial action is taking place.
A broad understanding of compliance within the property sector - A background in either residential or commercial property
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyse data from different sources
