Full Job Description

Are you an experienced Technician/Fabric Engineer with a keen eye for detail, a good hand with a paint brush and able to fix any problem with a can-do approach? Do you want to work within a fast paced team delivering an excellent in-house FM Service to London's leading flexible office provider? With naturally high standards and a positive individual and team-based approach, you will tackle every task with care and ensure the highest quality of experience is available for our customers. You will focus ensuring our buildings are always looking their best and that day to day repairs are carried out quickly, efficient and safely to provide operationally excellent environment for our customers. You will assist the FM Team's Compliance Strategies by observing all health & safety guidelines and undertaking key safety checks such as Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting Tests and water hygiene Tap Temp checks Working with your onsite Centre Management and Facilities Management team you will provide an excellent repair, decoration and support service toward our customer centric FM delivery.,

  • Maintaining building fabric & completing first fix repairs
  • Carrying out key compliance checks and tests
  • Carrying out decorative repairs and improvements to keep our buildings to a high standard of décor
  • Assisting with our Sustainability & Energy Improvement strategies
  • Delivering the highest standard of Customer Experience

    H&S and/or Trade Qualification/Training
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Experience of CAFM Systems
  • Basic Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations & Procedures
  • Excellent Organisation & Time Management
  • Energy & Passion
