SITE SERVICES MANAGER

Up to £55,000 based on experience
Based in Devizes
Monday to Friday
8.30am -5pm

What we do.
This particular role is at our Bakkavor Desserts site based in Devizes, Wiltshire and specialises in making delicious chilled desserts such as tarts, yum yums, doughnuts, crumbles, pies & pastries. The site employs over 580 people and is close to Swindon.
About the role.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and motivated Site Services Manager to join our team and undertake responsibility for delivering efficient and effective building maintenance support to site.
About you.
To succeed in this key role, we're looking for Site Services Manager
- Driving excellence and a high performing team
- Supporting and taking ownership of all site maintenance related activities including responsible for maintaining boilers, water / effluent plant, refrigeration, electrics, drains and building.
- Maintaining the site legal and customer specific compliance register.
- Implementing and applying best practice whilst supporting the development of continuous improvement activities
- Owning contractor management whilst fully implementing the companies approved contractor process
- Ensuring stock levels are managed and kept to a suitable level
- Assisting with the management and achievement of the department's health and safety plan
- Implementing PM schedules and continuous improvement action plans
- Developing the PPM system and compliance dashboard which includes asset management, planned maintenance management and KPI reporting
- Through regular efficiency reviews - evolving the planned maintenance service within operations
