Facilities Assistant

Required as soon as possible | 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Starting Salary: £27,855

We are looking for a reliable and proactive person to assist the Premises Manager with the efficient day to day operation, cleanliness, safety and lock up of the College sites. This post will be working across both the primary site based in Wallington and the secondary site based in Sutton.

The vacancy is for 36 hours per week, worked over 5 days. Working patterns will be discussed and agreed with the Premises Manager.

The ideal candidate will have:

· A positive approach to continuous improvement;

· To be flexible as working hours may vary with our requirements;

· Knowledge and/or experience of caretaking/cleaning/security;

· An understanding of health and safety issues and willing to undergo further training.
